Are You Trying To Lose Weight Before You Balance Your Hormones First?
The entire weight-loss industry has it all wrong! And it doesn’t help that most fitness models have terrible diets, but can still show off their six-pack abs and huge biceps to you making you think they ‘cracked the code’ and can show you how to look just like them, too.
So many men and women with amazing bodies have terrible diets, so why can they look like that? I remember when I was in my teens, 20s and 30s, I could eat and drink just about anything I wanted and still look great!
I could even stay up until 3 a.m. every night for years and was just fine!

If after you exercise at the gym, on your way home grab a burger and fries, then all that exercise you just did, has now become unhealthy exercise.

I have also come to see that exercise while eating or drinking unhealthy, can exacerbate symptoms. And unfortunately, either no one knows this or no one cares, but trying to lose weight, without first balancing your fat hormones, is just like swimming upstream.

I see these fitness and diet shows and they repeat the same weight-loss lies over and over again – exercise more and count your calories.
